1General Terms & Introduction

2Account Registration & Eligibility

ML BDTo open an account with -, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number and email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity that occurs on your account.

At any time after registration ML BD Additional information may be requested for identity verification, which may include a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3Betting Rules

ML BDThe following rules apply to placing bets on -:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless ML BD Initiates offers on its own.
• When odds change, bets will be accepted at the odds displayed on screen at the time of placement.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, ML BD reserves the right to void that bet.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 (may vary depending on the sport and market).
• In an Accumulator bet combining multiple selections, if one selection is cancelled it is counted as Void.

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds shown when you place your bet may differ from those at the point of final confirmation. ML BD Always strives to display the most up-to-date odds available in the market.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

ML BDaccepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. For deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are usually instant — if unsuccessful, the amount is automatically refunded within 2–4 hours.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Processing time: on average 15 minutes, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

5Bonuses & Promotions

ML BD- offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are listed on the respective offer page. The general rules are:

• The welcome bonus applies only to a new account's first deposit.
• The Wagering Requirement (WR) for bonuses is generally 5 to 10 times the bonus amount — each offer states its own WR separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the WR is met.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the WR has been met.
• Bonuses cannot be used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ML BD investigate and take appropriate action.

6Prohibited Activities

The following actions ML BDare strictly prohibited on, and engaging in any of these may result in immediate account termination:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — changing betting patterns solely to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Making or receiving payments through a third-party account.
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.

7Account Suspension & Closure

ML BD - reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Failing to provide information or submitting false information during identity verification.
• Suspicious activity on the account.
• Long-term inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).

You may request account closure at any time. If you have a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it — though only after all pending bets have been settled.

8Responsible Betting

ML BD We believe betting should be an enjoyable experience, not a source of financial stress. Responsible betting is our top priority.

• Only bet money you can afford to lose.
• Avoid placing large bets on impulse.
• Do not chase losses by placing more bets.
• Set a daily or weekly limit for yourself.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or a payment, please follow the steps below:

1. First ML BD's live chat or email with the details.
2. Please attach screenshots or evidence along with your complaint.
3. We aim to investigate and respond within 48 hours.
4. The relevant balance may be placed on hold during an investigation.

ML BD-'s decision shall be considered final unless a clear technical error is proven. We are committed to fairness throughout the dispute resolution process.

10Right to Amend Terms

ML BD - reserves the right to modify, update, or remove these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you in advance via your registered email or SMS.

If you continue using the platform after any changes to these terms, it will be considered that you have accepted the updated terms. We recommend revisiting this page periodically.
